Udayan Regmi is a licensed advocate based in Kathmandu, Nepal, with an LL.M. degree in Business and International Trade Law. He has professional experience working with Sunrise Bank Ltd, an “A” class commercial bank, and People in Need, an international NGO focused on women’s rights and community development in rural Nepal.

Specializing in litigation, Udayan Regmi is recognized as a leading corporate and banking law lawyer in Nepal. His expertise spans corporate disputes, banking and financial matters, contract and agreement drafting, labor law, tax law, insurance, construction, consumer protection, and competition law. He is known for providing strategic legal solutions and successfully resolving complex disputes for clients across the corporate and financial sectors.
