Mr. Udayan Regmi is a licensed advocate in Kathmandu, Nepal. He holds an LL.M. degree in Business and International Trade Law. He has gained professional experience by working for ‘Sunrise Bank Ltd’, an “A” class commercial bank, and also ‘People in Need’, an INGO actively involved in women's rights and their reconstruction in rural parts of Nepal.
With a specialization in litigation, he has broad experience in solving legal disputes of corporate nature with a specialization in banking and financial issues and is considered to be one of the best litigation lawyers. Moreover, his working expertise includes contract and agreement, labor law, tax law, insurance construction, consumer protection, and competition among others. Added to these qualities, he is an avid writer and shares his e opinion on various social and economic issues in national newspapers frequently.
Besides, he was appointed as a lecturer in the National College of Management and Technical Science (NCMT) and delivered their lectures to students of Bachelors in Business Administration. Currently, he is also appointed as a lecturer in the Himalayan White House.
